Initial plan was to run to downtown and try to get in 45 minutes worth of running. Decided to run to KU Campus since I hadn't been there in awhile. That made it a 67 min instead. Tried a different Galloway interval: 60 sec run, 30 walk. From Hillcrest Center, decided to do an 2:30 run/30 walk interval a few times - just to shorten to the total elapsed time. Felt a little tired at the end, then saw I had gone about 2 miles further than I wanted. Still OK.
Temp: 65F, humid, a little fog at first then sunny.
