walk from home to Burcham Park, then stopped in the public library. Then to 8th & Vermont, Old West Lawrence, thru Pinckney school grounds, 4th & Iowa and home.
Earlier in the day (about 10 am) shopped at Dillons and chatted with a friend and then got a little dizzy. I thought maybe I had interference with my pacemaker. Walked back to car slowly. On drive home, figured my sugar level was low. Heated up leftovers and felt better.

Photographed the Dr. Bob XC 5K at Rim Rock Farm. No running, so that was a creativity challenge to stay within walking distance between photo op locations.

from house thru Hallmark parking lot, then to Burcham Park to river's edge and back to LMH-cardio. Readjusted settings on pacemaker.
Couldn't sleep because of throbbing in left side below the heart - pacemaker setting off and overstimulated the left ventricle. Reduced throbbing if I lay on my back but curled up slightly to the left (reducing the stretch across the heart). Jennifer Haynes at LMH made the adjustments (a former chem student of Grover Everett and friends of Celeste L and Laurie Comstock).

Walked from home to LMH for a checkup on my pacemaker. After exam, walked home. Temp: 65F, nice.
Got the go ahead so I can drive a car again. Still have to wait a few more weeks before I can run.
