first running workout after getting the doctor's OK. Breathing hard going easy in the first mile, then got more comfortable still taking it easy. Overcast, spitting a little moisture. Temp: 45F.
From 9th/Vermont to 19th/Mass > 19th > Vermont > 15h > Mass and back to start.

Last fall Dog Days, so we earned our shirts - long-sleeve, glow-in-the-dark shirts. Calisthenics.

Jog/walked (jalked?) from 14th/RH to 9/Mass. Didn't want to do a fast walk, so tried easy "run" by not lifting feet off the ground much.
