Martín Park road to Rock Chalk Park bikepath, then checked out new paved path at new apt. complex. Fall Creek and home. Galloway 60/30 intervals until last 2 miles, 30/30 with some aching in right thigh.

Mini Lawrence Loop (skipped Martin Park Rd and took Eldridge and 6th to K10 bikepath). Short ride through Overlook Park (surprised gate was closed where the Overlook Park isn't supposed to open until 8 am; been opened other early mornings). Sluggish at start; tired legs. Just kept the spin high and never pushed it (a "2" effort sometimes getting to "3" threshold).
Temp: ~80F. Breeze fromN.

dynamic stretching for 4 min, then warmup jog.
After run, hamstring stretching, then quad stretches after I got home.

Lenexa Freedom Run - test run to see if I can run 100% (not walk/run). Started at the 9 min/mile pace line, but quickly went to the outside as it was too slow. Managed an even (enough) pace but at 1.5 miles had to convince myself the pain in the effort is what I have to get used to again.
5th M60-69 which is nice as I just wanted to finish with a good effort.
