First 5 miles on own - Galloway intervals (60/30) - from 9th & Vermont to north Lawrence and ran last year's T Day 5K, back downtown to 11th and back to 9th & Vermont to join Dog Days group warmup.
Then ran to campanile hill (up/down on sidewalks), then up steps to JRP; and went back the same way - running all the time except walking the steepest parts. Felt OK and not draggy.
