6:15 am - from8th & Vermont - north Lawrence and ran T-Day 5K course in reverse order. Galloway intervals: 60/30. Intended to go a little longer but not be worn out to photograph the A.I.I. XC Champs at Haskell at 10 am.
Nice morning run. Added more time and distance by going to South Park before back to start.

7:40 am - ran with Dog Days group but split to avoid hills and not go any longer and went by 818 Arkansas (our first house we bought) - easy flat route back to start. Galloway 60/30 again.

Had a hard time getting the Garmin 235 set to run indoors (in the garage ramps), so gave up and ran Mass. St. from 15th to 6th both ways. Temp about 30F and breezy; worn 4 layers so was comfortable.
