Walk downtown along Mass St. with easy jogging along each side street to test hamstring. More than doubled the distance I went yesterday. Probably too high a percentage of running yet. But, it was nice to get out and move.
After run/walk, 10 min with Dog Days group stertching. And more stretching at home - hops and hamstring.

stretching at home and at Dog Days. Tried easy jogging and bouncing on jumping jacks, frog hops. But easy on the skipping. Wt rm: lats 2x10 @ 90#, 10x 105, 2x12 rowing. walked/jogged 3 laps around gym.
Pre-Dog Days, did hip and hamstring exercises, then went to DD at Comm. Bldg. again, Avoided exercises that were hard on the back as per Rob Jones. Did altgernate exercises (like planks for situps). Lat machine and rowing in weight room.
