Walking with more run intervals. Double pace counts of 25-30 for each run portion as well as walk portions. So Galloway 25/25 (dbl paces). Muscles just above the back side of the right knee felt tight and straining toward the end. 15 sets of ~100m runs between 27 dbl paces of walking.

walking and some race walking but that fit like I was overdoing the hamstring, so let up. Om the Legacy Trail, put 30 min and turned around. Dee ran ahead and covered a lot more miles. But, it felt OK to go over 3 1/2 miles.
