Garmin locked up and couldn't get it to reset (until I got home) so did not get usual data. Pushed the pace at times. Windy from SSE, sunny. Temp: 59F. Wore two layers, long tights and cycling gloves (not winter gloves).

5K to 6th/Schwarz. Galloway intervals of 150/30 since it was 28F and I didn't walk the first walk break if I did 60/30 intervals. The colder temp and longer intervals were invigorating.
