Was going to walk to Burcham, then jog 100% back. I was dressed properly for the 40 degrees but started to jog to warm up. Ended doing a Galloway interval of 45 (sec) run/30 walk going out to Burcham Park. Saw that Parks & Rec has started building a new shelter near the KU Crew house. Return was doing Galloway 30 run/45 walk. Didn;t want to overdo it today.
