Lawrence Loop.
Garmin says I was 95% in zone 1. I sure tried to push the effort today. I'm still claiming intensity level 2. Supposed to be hot again today, but I caught a break with a nice breeze and enough shade along the Loop. Thought about adding a little more distance, but decided not.

put out markers for the orienteering at the Arboretum. Did most by car, but this accounts for the walk to the remaining markers and time spent cutting down weeds and grass to get to a couple of control points.

Then helped with the O' meet until 1 pm. Great crowd for a summer event.
