Tempo run on TM, 30 min, 6% grade, 8:20/mi
Crash and Burn!!! I completely fell apart on this workout. I did my warm up and strides outside. On the TM things went south fast. After just 3-4 minutes i had to stop. after a munute I got back on and slowed down to 9:20/mi. I had to stop once more and at 17 min I slowed down to 10:00/mi or I wasnt goin to make it to 30min. I was real tired and I think a long week of school and running more than what was scheduled caught up with me. My legs are toast! Oh well, lesson learned. I think I'll skip the uphill walk and rest tomorrow.

I was having fun and pushed a little on some rolling terrain. Went a little long on time too. Prob my favorite trail around town. had to estimate the elevation a little due to not setting the GPS for a few minutes.

WOW! First time doing mile repeats. The first mile was so easy and felt so slow! By mile four I was at red line for sure and mile five I was starting to fail. That was HARD. I felt a little "sickly" for a while after...in a good way.
