My HR monitor goes haywire and starts reading way too high after a hour or two. Not sure if its static on the tech shirts, too much moisture, or something else, but its not reliable for longer runs.
Busy week. Im having trouble finding time to get in all my runs. It will prob be that way for a couple more weeks.

Didn't feel too strong at start but kept up with some good runners. Past a couple of guys that usually beat me. Finished strong. Overall good day.

Increasing incline every 2 min reached 10 % first round, 9% second round, 6% last round. fairly slow pace today, took it easy on myself. didn't record elevation gain.
