Metro League 2 at Western Sydney Parklands - Div-1

Good fun course with some good route choices. Hillier than expected. Nice view from the start towards the city.

Tough going through the boggy long grass early on. Made some errors at 2 (bad line exiting 1), 3 (really slow & boggy approaching from the west) & 6 (searched around the wrong watercourse). Had a much better second half gaining 10 places to finish 8th.

Long solo run from Lindfield along the NOSH course to Seaforth, then down to The Spit, around Beauty Pt, then a slow grind up from Primrose Park and Tunks park. Planned to do a full loop back to Lindfield but my legs/hips had had enough so bailed and jumped on a train at Artarmon.

Did the 16km NOSH part in 90mins, pushing quite hard. Tracks still very wet and lots of fallen branches.
