SSS 12 at Chowder Bay

Nice course with some tricky bush parts. Always a tough physical test here with plenty of climb but I felt pretty strong throughout.

Did an anticlockwise loop starting north with the tough climb up to Georges Heights: 7-27-29-20-9-15-16-25. Then upper Clifton Garden streets 8-1-18-14-10-11; Bradleys Head loop 21-12-22-24-30-5-3-23. Then lower Clifton Gardens 17-6-19-26-28-13-2. The obvious drop was #4.

My big mistake was at 26 (lost 2m30s) searching around other unmapped rock faces NE. Lost another 30s at 21 - not expecting it to be as far into the bush as it was. Hesitations at 20 & 13.

590, 17s late for net 580. King Dick 590 in 43mins. Glenn & James 550.

Long solo run from Bondi Junction to La Perouse via the coastal paths & tracks. Nice cool down dip at Frenchmans Bay after.
