Stan arrived late so we only had time for a 30min timed match.

Had a lead early but got pegged back. Was down by a point with 2mins to go but panicked and tried to end the point too early. Blew out to a 32-37 loss with several tins at the death. Poor clutch factor.

Was very intense without the game breaks - should do it more often.

Track still very wet but good to see some sunlight. Legs feeling good on the climbs.

SSS 14 at Manly Vale

Great fun in the wet! Terrific course with some nice off track sections.

A tricky one to plan with many possibilities - especially 28 in the centre. Chose a good route, skipping the NW bush (1, 11, 21). Went 14-24-4-30-10-28-17-27-26-13-23-6-16-19-9-12-22-2-29-3-7-25-5-20-18-15-8.

Only minor errors losing the track to 30 a couple of times, a few other hesitations & should've gone directly thru the waist deep creek between 24-4 rather than around.

Scored 540 in 45.35 = 530 net.
