Games with Krishna and Stan. The ball was like a rock playing Krishna so not many long rallies but it warmed up when Stan came.

Early run from Mac Uni to Wollstonecraft with Keelan.
Very cold (1 deg C) running along Riverside drive and didn't get much warmer until the sun was fully up at Riverview. Crossed the river at Fullers bridge then tracks thru Chatswood. Relieving pit stop at Mobray oval and had an icy banana on the way to Blackman park. Tough steep climbs up to Riverview and Longuville. Had long sleeve thermal top but next time will wear gloves and beanie.

Moonlight Madness at Epping/Eastwood
My first night o for a few years. Nice running in the crisp air. Navigated well except when I took the wrong street to 12 instead of 13 near the start, then was a bit sketchy thru the dark Sanctuary and circled 17 which was tucked away. Picked a good route skipping 9 24 & 19 and got back in time so the minor slip ups weren't costly.

Scored 540, Keelan 490.

Sydney Harbour 10k.
Nice flat course. Cardio/breathing isn't quite back to peak but was able to push and get under my goal of 37mins - to get in the preferred start group for the city2surf. Legs felt strong but heavier than normal - probably due to more fast twitch muscle conditioning at squash over the past 12 months.
