My knees are feeling ok, so it's time to return to some higher intensity running training. Felt good for the first 1km. Lack of fitness kicked in after that and also had stomach problems - still digesting my muesli breakfast. 3rd and 4th k's were a real struggle but thankfully my gut settled down for the home stretch. Won't be eating fruit muesli before a run again.
