Long run from Thornleigh to Woolwich via the GNW. Bumped into Jem then Rowena from squash going thru Pennant Hills. Felt good until Boronia Park but managed to drag my increasingly heavy legs through Hunters Hill to the wharf. Perfect conditions again.

Had couple of bubbler stops and half a gel at Magdala. The gel was quite old and wasn't sure if it had an expiry date...stomach queased a bit but nothing compared to some rogaine experiences.
