Games with Krishna & Stan. Finished off with 8min torture drill (straight drives only while Stan plays any shot) which was a shock to the system.

Managed to get out of squash comp. Had a relaxing recovery swim instead.

SSS 5 at South Turramurra

Nice course with an interesting spread of points - the 30's were all close in streets while the 10's were placed on the outer ring of bush tracks.

Finished 2mins early by overestimating the course and underestimating my fitness. Could've collected another 10 points (#1 out and back) but content with 580. Well off the pace of Jem's scorching 600, Ondrej 590 and Andy 580.

Knee ok during but slightly tender afterwards. Backing up competitively at squash tomorrow will be a struggle.
