Day 2 of Pilates Calender: This was a video called ABC Abs and was an absolute killer! Hopefully it'll get easier the more I do it because it was really hard for me.

Orienteering 54:00 [3] 4.58 km (11:47 / km)

EBOR event - I did the Green as that was there was no blue. I think I had a good run and got the majority of the controls cleanly. I think my messiest leg was 7 to 8 as I lost a lot of height and therefore time! Overall a really nice area!

I found this YouTuber that posts pilate tutorial videos and on her website - www.blogilates.com I found a beginners calender that I thought I'd try. First video was a total body workout.
