Sometimes I forget how beautiful it is running along mälaren

Felt really tired this morning and it was roasting at the lake so didn't have much expectations about time or even finishing the session. So decided not to look at my watch and just run as hard as i thought id manage.
Srpriced myself and got it all done and with splits getting faster not slower. Really happy about this.

Got to work insanely early so had time for a core session

Weigh myself for the first time in a long time. Probably on the lighter side of things, with turning some fat to muscle I hope to be around 64 by the end of summer. Or at least not dropping any more

From sätra to Blackeberg via Essinge, thought it would be longer so took the "boring" straight route along the roads.
Next time I'll use the trails along the water

Warm up to the track.
Managed to get Hilda to join me for her first track session ever.
Timed it perfectly for the 1h heavy rain that was forecasted for this morning

Got a bit carried away having Hilda with me and ran way too fast.
Planned 8x 400m with 2.5min rest. @84s
Did 6x400 @73-74s & 2x200 @ 35s, 33s with restart every 4min between 400s and 2.5min for 200s and a 5min rest after first 4 x 400

Hilda did amazing and pulled out 6x200m @ 40s surprised both me and her
