10 seconds after leaving the track we coincidentally met Sämi who was going to run an intervall session. Of course it wasn't the wisest idea to join him spontaneously - but it was cool (and tough). 400-800-1600-800-400, stopped the second round after 400-800, that was enough for the morning.
