Evening run after work. Right foot pain for first k, instep/top of foot, but then eased and no issues for remainder of run.

Easy bike ride today, windy but dry. Legs felt good, no twinges at all.

Easy group run, right foot stiff to begin with but loosened up after a while, no discomfort at the end. Felt quick at the start, but easy once warmed up.

Easy run around gently undulating forest. Felt good once I got started, after feeling tired this morning. No problems with feet/ankles as per recent weeks.

Easy run around Llyn Brenig. Windy at times and a bit chilly. Legs feeling a bit heavy after racing on Saturday. Took a while to get going, feet/ankles a bit stiff to start off with.
