Easy run for 60' plus 6 x strides after. Legs felt ok after yesterday's session, a little stiff in the glutes as I also did some strength exercises yesterday.

Easy 20' to start followed by 50' progressive by feel, easy warm down. Good session, felt I increased the pace well until the last phase when I probably went too hard for too long. Worked very hard for the last 8' or so, when I was aiming for about 5' at near 5k pace (watch said about 3:17 per km when I checked after). Enjoyed the session though and felt pretty fresh in the warm down.

Moderate 50 minutes with 6 x hill sprints. Moderate pace felt a bit harder today, not sure if I was running a bit too quickly as gps was all over the place, so maybe I was pushing slightly too hard to make sure I wasn't going too easy. Hill sprints were good and no foot issues today.

Longish moderate paced run. Felt a bit tired before the run today, a little stiff and not quite 100%. Despite this, run was fine, loosened off as the run went on. Right foot arch aching a little after.
