Moderate paced long run around the lake twice. Felt really comfortable until 30k then got really cold and completely bonked. Weather was crap from the start with sleet and snow and freezing temperature. Legs started to go numb with the cold and couldn't hold the pace as I couldn't really feel them. Ended up coming to a complete standstill around 30.5k and just managed to jog back to the van, which was difficult.

Easy 30' warm up, stretching and strides, then 2 x technical exercises circuit #3, easy 30' warm down. No issues, legs feeling the burn after each circuit.
