Event: QOC Manassas

At Brandywine Park, Wilimgton, DE. Early in the morning, we had to go to setting the control markers that we didn't finished the day before.
Note
I helped with Billy Allaband, DVOA who hosted the event. I was the reponsible with start and other things too. We had to stay in the park for another couple of hours to wait for one more person who was his 2nd orienteering. We were kind of worry about him. But he came back with one of our orienteer found him and brought back.

At Brandywine Park in Wilimgton, DE. Cloudy and some showers in the 60's. I helped with Billy Allanband of DVOA to setting the control markers for Sunday DVOA orienteering. It was my first time do this.

QOC- Balls Bluff in Virginia, I was going to take easy cuz of lower back injury. After the start, I ran about a minute then my lower back went away. I did pretty good some legs but terrible errors 2 legs.

At Gallaudet University campus, Washington, DC with perfect weather. My wife and I hosted 1st orienteering for Gallaudet students and fac. All of them have never experience with O' but some of them did very well and fast. 3 or 4 students wants to become serious to play O' for Deaf Olympics in 2009.

Also, working on OCAD map for Gallaudet University. There will be orienteering event at Gallaudet on this Friday for students, fac and staff. It is first time for Gallaudet and hopefully more students will be interesting play O' in the future. My wife and I are the hosted for this event. It has been overwhelming lately but we enjoy it anyway.

Cycle situps - 75 & crunches - 5. Lower back is still stiff and sore. Now, I can walk normal and climb the stairs. I may go for run tomorrow to see how my back feels. I can't wait it complete cure.
