After about 10 minutes, I begin feel tired but continue running until passed 40 minutes. My last time running was since April 23rd. |

After, I went to see the Dr. yesterday. Finally, I feeling much better since about 2 weeks ago. Right now, I am taking medication for couple of weeks. |

I tried to stretch upper abdomen, situps and jog but couldn't due pain in abdomen. But I could go up the stairs 6 floors ok. Weird! Will see Dr. tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully, the Dr. will cure it quickly. I can't wait to go back to workout and running since last time on April 24th. I have been so restless and lil cranky. |
