| Running at West Allis, Wisconsin at 8:00AM. Very humid and warm. I feel much better but still feel pain in lower right side back and right knee. Will try to run longer tomorrow at Greenfield park. |

| At physical therapy center, work on my right shoulder and lower right back. Massaged for about 15 min and heated for 15 min. |

| Stretched and massaged at physical therapy. I learned some of the new stretching for the lower back and neck. The therapist said that I have a muscle spasm at my lower right side back and slight right side between neck and shoulder. I am requiring to attend PT for 6 weeks twice a week.
Hopefully, by the time I will be recovered 100 %. |

| DVOA at French Creek East. The weather was fabulous. Our friend, Missy Kaler, from FLO joined with us for the weekend.
I couldn't completed the green course because my lower right side back pain. I could feel numb on right leg and foot. So I decided to stop and walk back to the finish area. |
