Stretching at NOVA Physical Therapy Center. Concentrated on my right shoulder and right lower back. The right shoulder seems just about gone but the lower back has been on and off. The therapist thinks my lower back have slight arthroses. :-(

After I mowed the lawn then went out for running. About 5 minutes after running, I felt extremely exhausted and out of breath. But I continued running so hard and did paused or walked for few seconds then running again. My goal to run more than an hour but didn't. I am not sure why my body was out of shape. I felt so good on that day. Maybe a cup of cafe mocha caused it.

QOC Memory-O at Lake Accotink, VA. This was my first time play with memory-O. Of course, I made several mistakes cuz of my poor memory. I think I need to upgrade 1GB memory in my head. ;-)
But it was worthwhile to exercise anyway.
