Running and testing with my ankle braces. Feels little uncomfortable on the right foot. Its probably wrong kind of socks but didn't bring extra socks. Drats!

Orienteering 1:28:13 [3] 3.9 km (22:37 / km)
shoes: VJ Intergrators

The ground were icy and frozen that bothersome my ankle. Did run some on flat trails. Had to stopped few times to tie my shoe strings. Drats! forget to put taped the strings. Also, the compass fell off few times cuz the band is too small to use my running gloves. Need to replace longer band.

Running 41:45 [3] 3.43 mi (12:10 / mi)
slept:5.0 shoes: addidas Supernova 5

Use headlamp run to Piney Orchard Nature Trail then around the Duck Cove pond. The pond is now solid ice. A dog got scare when I approach them. The dog ran away to the woods from his master so I had to stop running then turn off the headlamp. The master and I tried to call the dog to come. About 10 minutes the dog came back and sniffing on me and wondering who I was with wierd thing on my headlamp. Also, I had to slow down due patch of ice on some trails. My right ankle feels pretty good but still not 100 percent yet.
