Had terrible pain on my left groin when got off from bed. I had to walk down the stairs very slow. Not sure what it caused. When arrived PWF from over an hour drive. The pain went away during warm-up so I move on for green course. Feel fine when run on the flats but the pain came back while tried to climb steep and slippery. Couldn't do anymore after control #3. Hate to see my name in DNF. :-(
