First time running since last Feb 2nd due broken left foot. Need to overcome the fear of getting injury again. It was little sore/stiff but feel good to be back orienteering/running again.

Decided to run on yellow course for this time after healed broken foot for 8 weeks. Noticed when I stomped on sharp uneven earth or rock it hurts a little. Didn't bothering when I made a slight jump on soft muddy. Will do on brown or green course next Saturday.
