ahr:140 max:182 slept:8.0 weight:160lbs

5 X 400 on track after easy warmup/jog X 10 mins.. about 2-3 min walk/easy jog between 400's
Based on 5k pace of 1:48 per 400 m (22:30 5 km although I don't really know my 5 km time because I've never raced it..)

Felt good, ran all of them a little fast... R calf cramped a little on the jog home..

first gym session in a while. 2 circuits working most areas.. 15-20 reps each.. 15 min warm up row/cycle/treadmill

Easy 5 km or so run... 3rd week of half marathon program.. felt easy.. half way point felt my Right lateral knee for a bout a minute or so but it eased off as I focused on technique..
