Cross country track with a variation to push the distance out to 3 kms. The new route avoided the hill which helped make time better for the same distance - going thru 2.56 kms in 13.16 compared with 13.36 earlier in the week. Garmin suggested an improved VO2Max at 43 - it must use an algorithm to measure it. Some fast and young cross country runners were training at the same time and I asked their coach what he thought their VO2Max was and he said about 64. Pretty sure he said they did a 1 km loop in 3.16.
