New location and start time - 6 am - bit of a test. Instructor set off the alarm getting access to the school hall so did first few exercises on the concrete outside in the dark (but some building lights are on). When alarm sorted back to the dance steps and other exercises - funny retirement experience to be arriving home at 7.15 am having already done an exercise activity.

Peleton of 5 and a very fast ride into the coffee shop - average speed was 28 kph said Des. I spent most of the time hanging onto the back of the 3 person lead out group - cooked my legs coming second in the hill sprint after I went on the attack way to early.
Ride home fast enough despite everyone agreeing to take it easier.
