Running training at arboretum - 2 km warm up and warm down - then about a 700 metre looped run with climb on two sections and trying to hold form (by three times) - unsuccessfully. And all followed by 4 by 100 metre runs on soft lawn in bare feet - lots of puffing tonight. Coach was recovering from illness so did not join in - just offered running tips from the side line.
Time and distance an estimate after I left the garmin on accidentally when I drove off and didn't realise until leaving the arboretum - which will explain my top speed of 49 km/h.
