First session back to running technique with the Cadence run group - same faces as last year - same hill reps!. 2 km warm up - 6 by 120 metre fast run with 30 seconds in between each. 6 hill sprints in the amphitheatre and finally 4 times up a section of the terraces. Then a 2 km warm down run. So lots of short sharp stuff and I was stuffed!
