Peleton of 2 but Des joined us for coffee as he rode there direct. Nice fine sunny day before the forecast storm tomorrow. Stopped on the east basin at the area where trench warfare training was done in WWI - close to Duntroon - signs have began to be put up explaining what occurred and some posts explaining the layout - no trenches left tho as far as we can see - but it is a work in progress. Very pleasant ride with no racing.

A return to yoga after nearly two months off - glad there was a newie in the class which meant the instructor took it slowly!

MTB for a change - rode to arboretum and back via a few trails along the Molonglo Creek Pretty muddy on some spots after all the rain. Lots of people about on a public holiday (as is next Monday). Not sure if I am over my bug yet so did not push too hard.
