Recovery ride from the recovery ride yesterday. Peloton of 3 for another visit to Butters Bridge - lovely riding weather. Coffee at Duffy shops after.

Peloton of 4 for usual LBG ride - left earlier because of forecast rain and wind - beat former but not the latter. Won the intermediate sprint today - helped by Peter P being a tradie for the day. Warm and humid conditions for riding.

Yoga 1:20:00 [3]

Return to yoga after a break because of sore neck and inflamed nerve in arm. Took it easy on exercises like North Korean Torture which worked ok. Felt better than last time I was at yoga. But still not 100%.
