First real exercise in just on 4 weeks involved a walk with the pooch around parts of Weston Park (followed by coffee and apple crumble). Nice to begin to feel normal. Might try the bike soon. Lost about 3 kg but probably mostly muscle - not a recommended way to achieve weight loss unless you are into pain.
