Walk to top of Stromlo and back with pooch and KB. Cold start in Canberra with a minus 8.7 overnight. But sunny when we walked.

Fitted in the usual yoga session before the ride today. Felt flexible on the bike ride as a result.

ride with Peter 1:42:08 [3] 39.81 km (2:34 / km) +336m 2:28 / km

Peloton of 3 on a real cold and foggy morning, despite a 11am start. Felt good riding - having an extra day between rides must help as the usual Wednesday ride shifted back to Thursday. Won the hill sprint as the others were virtually frozen on their bikes. Rode home with some sunshine about.

Mt Tennant walk from the visitors centre and back. Nice day but cold wind at the top. Last did this walk 2 years ago. Felt better today. Lucky to see a lyrebird cross our path near the top.
