Usual walk with pooch (and Liz) to top of Stromlo and back - nice weather today - fair bit of water draining out of the Mt.

Thursday Dec 7 #

ride with Peter 1:42:52 [3] 40.18 km (2:34 / km) +333m 2:27 / km

Peloton of 4 today and fine weather for a change but very windy on the way home (from the west). Fast ride with the tailwind. Won the sprint stage despite being blocked in until the last 30 metres (I sensed team tactics were at work). First ride on new drugs - felt OK.

Short jog with the pooch under the cork oaks - cool today so felt like nice running weather but bacon and eggs not long before probably not the best idea.

Ride delayed for a day - so Thursday will be the new Wednesday (this week at least).

Yoga indoors - the only place to be in Canberra - another chilly day!

Sunday Dec 3 #

O race 19:00 [3] 2.0 km (9:30 / km)

Club xmas novelty event - a score event set on Black Mountain peninsula - really windy and pretty cold - did event, had presentations and everyone ate quickly to get home and thaw out. First O race since Aussie Champs - felt ok but had to run with mobile phone to check the time as only had 20 minutes to get as many as possible. Distance a guess.
