Burley Griffen event. Felt better in the legs than last week but took about 20 seconds more - not helped by some rib soreness on RHS after the small MTB stack yesterday. Running conditions were good - still and not humid - surprised at time as missed training on Thursday night which meant there was more zip in the legs. Maybe relaxed a bit too much after passing Geoff W earlier in the course compared to half way last week.

Slightly longer ride to coffee in arboretum - more single tracks in the pines near the zoo - the ones with the small japanese like bridges to ride over. Small stack near Wide Brown Land. Windy again here.

Usual LBG basin circuit - peloton of 6 - strong tailwind on the way in - headwind back. Gears started playing up at halfway so had to ride back on small front cog. Bike in for a service.
