Coombs event - sore neck that needed physio before I could run - pretty sore afterwards as well - ran in a controlled manner trying to not be a pain in the neck. Cool and non smokey for a change.

Peloton of 5 for usual LBG run. Won hill sprint again - 100% win record for 2020. Air quality better even tho still rated as unhealthy for sensitive groups. We are not sensitive. Coffee break at 38 expresso with lots of discussion about fire impacts. Found unsual south coast on-line news info site with some interesting articles - see https://www.beagleweekly.com.au/

O race 30:22 [3] 4.97 km (6:07 / km) +32m 5:55 / km
ahr:149 max:162

New Sunday morning sprint series - event 1 at Kingston Foreshore. Interesting format - one course, pre entry only, start window 30 minutes, course open for an hour. Only real muck up was finding the start triangle - was around the corner from where I picked up map which confused me - I had not also studied where every one went beforehand. Course had a couple of tricky controls - 10 caught out everyone - slightly familiar with the area help but it made me lazy at reading the map so lost a bit of time on too wide a route choice on a couple of legs. Just got the run in before the smoke rolled in again. Did not push it too hard - but O-ing, grilla and a few others who were running at much the same time kept me moving.
