Stop-start sort of run as felt stiff in the back and leg nerve on RHS was playing up at various times - stopped to stretch 3 times then bailed out and walked the last bit home. Route was the usual one to Stromlo from home but the longer loop around the cross country track. Had 2 harder than normal training days this week plus forgot to do any strength and conditioning which might explain the ailments. Garmin said my fastest pace was 3.06 km rate at some stage - wonder what is the minimum distance it reports on - cannot recall going that fast at any stage!

Did the usual full LBG circuit solo today. So no excuse to slow for talking - plus conditions were still and cool (5C) so a good mix for a fast time.

With Grant starting and finishing at the dog prison - headed to top of Oakey Ridge via the environs of Weston Creek. Made our way back via the edge of Curtin - not far from the Great Wall of Curtin. Great running weather - and views of snow on the highest peak in the Brindabella's from the trig point on Oakey Hill - the hill being at 684 metres above sea level.

On MTB and rode down to Lake Tuggers and back - lots of people going around the lake - stopped at 2 before 10 for coffee - big queue but coffee was nice. Nice weather after the last few days of tempest.
