Very frosty start to the day. Rode with Liz around west basin of LBG then up to Col de Arboretum for coffee with the others on their MTBs or running shoes. Cruisy ride back. It was a time for not going fast as the air was so cold. Wore a buff over nose and mouth and ears - but not for COVID reasons. 00

Peloton of 6 for the LBG hit out. Nice riding weather. Able to have coffee as a group together albeit 1.5 metres apart. Lots of bikes on the paths today.

From Denman Prospect shops to Butters Bridge then out along the road next to the sewage pipeline until we hit the 5km mark then turned around and back to the coffee shop. Ran with Grant. Nice and flat compared with the Sunday run. Frosty morning so a cool start but sunny.

Starva says I got a PB on the BBB segment - that is the Butters Bridge Burst over 200 metres! However, my 1.30 was a long time below the fastest time of 41 seconds.

Kambah Pool to Casaurina Sands along the Murrumbidgee River corridor with Grant. Grant actually ran both ways! First time for both of us on this track - quite steep sided gullies to cross at the start before getting to some farm land (a bit less steep) before finishing on a flat stretch near the river at the end. Mix of walking up hills and jogging down - Grant was suffering a bit having already ran 13.8 kms before I joined him for the return leg. Best pace was 5.06/km.
