Spin on roadie on the edge of nearby suburbs - more and more new bike paths are emerging on the edge of Wright and Coombs. Pretty windy tho.

MTB 1:20:06 [3] 15.49 km (5:10 / km) +321m 4:41 / km

Following the daily long distance Kenyan running training technique - exercise follow by food and rest and sleep and then exercise again etc. Spin on the single tracks at Stromlo with Liz and Sue. A few new tracks since rode that part of the area last time. Enjoyed some of the very Canberra names for the tracks - like Muck Raker. Still windy.
