AM run & strength at Buck. Pull-ups, incline bench, front lever, squats, weighted dips, core, incline sit-ups, etc.

Nordic Weights 45:00 [1]

4 PM

Rollerski-Skate 2:00:00 [1]

PM 2 hour skate with 12x~15 sec max sprints done pack style. I don't accelerate fast but top speed felt good.
