Oceanographic cruise at Acadia in the AM. Run at crystal springs with a stop at the gully trail for spenst after I got back to Brunswick. 1-legged hops, broad jumps, skate hops, bounding.

AM run followed by GSA & rollerboard. 8x25 weighted already feeling easy.

PM 5x10 min threshold intervals on Flying Point/Pleasant Hill w/ Wolfe's Neck extension. AHR 165, 170, 171, 169, 170. Felt good and smooth, interestingly I feel better about my technique skating hard then I do skating easy right now.

Classic ski on Maquoit Bay/Highland with 2x8 30-90s. Felt pretty good, both energy and formwise. Started the workout with agility in the parking lot.

AM GSA & 8x25 rollerboard (weighted w/ vest).
4 PM

Run intervals 1:30:00 [4]

PM track intervals-200 on, 100 jog again. Something like 28 minutes, did "last one fast one" after I saw Mac had stopped. Slowed down the rest a bit today and ran the 200s faster: 36-38s. Felt good, strong throughout.
